At IvoVault, we specialize in selling digital products that are delivered instantly after a successful purchase.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and access has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Non-Refundable Products

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital downloads
  • PLR (Private Label Rights) products
  • MRR (Master Resell Rights) products
  • AI Prompts
  • Canva Templates
  • eBooks
  • Mockups
  • Business Templates
  • Any other downloadable digital content

Because these products can be downloaded immediately and, in many cases, modified or resold according to their license, refunds cannot be provided.

Exceptions
